Spectrum Mechanical worked in conjunction with Bjerk Builders to construct Home Depot’s new call center in Tempe, AZ. This 97,000 SQFT retrofit of the existing 110,000 SQFT building includes demolition of existing systems and installation of all new packaged rooftop units, make-up air units, VRF units, and CRAC units for a fully operational call and operation center.
