Spectrum Mechanical worked in conjunction with Riggs Contracting to construct a 175,000 SQFT broadcasting command center complete with offices, critical data storage, and broadcasting stations. This site has a full central plant consisting of centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, pumps, boilers, chilled water fan coils, chilled water air handlers, and CRAC units.
