Waypoint Office Building 2 Shell

Spectrum Mechanical worked in conjunction with Wespac Construction to build a 158,103 SQFT, 3-story gray shell office building. This project includes a remotely located central plant inclusive of cooling towers, pumps, and boilers. The condenser water lines were ran underground to the building which fed the 3-story office buildings multiple water source heat pumps.
