Spectrum Mechanical worked as a design build partner in conjunction with Layton Construction to construct UPS’s new distribution center in Goodyear, AZ. This distribution center includes a 600,000 SQFT distribution floor, 1,500 SQFT data room with dedicated cooling, and a 15,000 SQFT office.
