Spectrum Mechanical worked in conjunction with Beal Derkenne Construction as a design build partner to design and construct a 640,000 SQFT 15-story student housing project. This includes 384 apartments with 833 bedrooms along with 3 separate rooftop amenity decks featuring a pool deck on level 15.
