Project Director

Lance is a highly motivated, goal driven self-starter with more than 28 years in the HVAC industry, he started from the ground up, working as a laborer in the sheet metal field, Journeyman Installer, Foreman, Superintendent, OPS Manager, Estimator, Estimating Manager, Service Manager, and Project Manager.

He is a proud United States Navy veteran. Lance is happily married and has three great children. He is a die-hard Green-Bay Packers fan, GO PACKERS! Lance also preaches once a month in his home church.
